AirTicketsPortal, LLC will not be held liable for any errors or consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

3. Booking and Payment: AirTicketsPortal, LLC will make every effort to secure the requested travel arrangements on behalf of the customer. However, all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators. The customer agrees to pay the required deposit or full payment as per the payment schedule provided by the travel agent.

 

4. Cancellations and Changes: Cancellation or change fees may apply to travel arrangements, depending on the policies of the suppliers involved. The customer agrees to abide by these policies and acknowledges that AirTicketsPortal, LLC may charge additional administrative fees for processing cancellations or changes. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the suppliers' policies and may be subject to deductions for cancellation fees and non-refundable components.

 

5. Travel Documents and Visas: The customer is responsible for obtaining and ensuring the validity of all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. AirTicketsPortal, LLC may provide general guidance and information, but it is the customer's responsibility to verify and comply with the specific requirements of their destination(s). AirTicketsPortal, LLC will not be held responsible for any issues or costs arising from the customer's failure to obtain the required travel documents.

 

6. Travel Insurance: AirTicketsPortal, LLC strongly recommends that the customer obtains travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. The customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to review and understand the coverage, terms, and conditions of any insurance policy they choose to purchase.

 

7. Limitation of Liability: AirTicketsPortal, LLC acts as an intermediary between the customer and the various travel suppliers. While the agent will make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements, they will not be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of the suppliers or any other third parties.

 

8. Force Majeure: AirTicketsPortal, LLC will not be responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or airline disruptions. The customer acknowledges that the travel agent will make reasonable efforts to assist in such situations but may not be able to guarantee alternative arrangements or compensation.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection: AirTicketsPortal, LLC will handle the customer's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their privacy policy. The customer agrees that their personal information may be shared with relevant suppliers for the purpose of booking and facilitating travel arrangements.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AirTicketsPortal, LLC is located. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
